"Berkshire Health Ltd benefits from being purpose built to meet the needs of their patients, the clinic is very welcoming for patients. Each of the consulting rooms has been refurbished to a very high standard. All clinical areas where developed to a high clinical standard whilst in keeping with the rest of the building. Berkshire Health ltd benefits from ample free off road parking especially as you are very close to Reading centre. The centre opened in October 2011 and working hard to establish there self as a standalone service. Currently the Berkshire Health Ltd has an USS which is on loan from the manufacturer until there new USS is delivered, I have advised Julia that once the new USS is installed I will quality assess this.. It was evident from my visit to the Berkshire Health Ltd that they are committed to delivering high quality service and care. Thank you facilitating my visit."
Patient Satisfaction Survey - Berkshire Health Ltd 2017
Making sure our patients are well looked after is our top priority. Every year, Berkshire Health Limited carries out a survey to find out how patients think we’re performing. Patients who were seen at The Forbury Clinic sites at Kendrick Road or Craven Road between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2017 were invited to complete an online survey.
The 2017 patient satisfaction survey results are out and 96% of patients rate Berkshire Health as ‘excellent’ or ‘satisfactory’. Not only that, 98% of those surveyed would definitely or were likely to recommend us in the future.
